What we collect

When you use the forms on our website, such as Check Your Date, we collect your name, email, phone number, event date and venue, plus anything else you choose to tell us. If you book us, we also keep the details we need to plan and deliver your film or photos.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, check our availability, send you pricing, plan your wedding or event, and deliver your work. We may also send you occasional emails about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Website analytics and advertising

Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel. They use cookies and similar technology to show us how people find and use the site, and to measure and improve our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. They collect information like the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and roughly where you are. They don't give us your name unless you send it to us through a form.

You can turn this off: block cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or change your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business, such as our website host, our email and enquiry systems, and Google and Meta for analytics and advertising. We don't sell your personal information.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just email jon@xsight.com.au.
