XSIGHT is a Sydney-based film studio built around one idea: the best wedding and corporate films come from genuinely understanding the people we work with, not just showing up with a camera.
XSIGHT started with a simple observation: most wedding films looked the same, and most corporate videos felt like nobody wanted to make them. We set out to shoot both differently — attentive, unscripted, and cut with an editor's patience rather than a template.
A decade on, we're still a small studio by choice. Every client gets the same close involvement from first call to final export, and a relationship that doesn't end when the invoice does — which is the only way we know how to keep the work honest.
"We don't just film events — we capture the moment before everyone remembers to smile for the camera."
It started as a small hobby in South Africa, long before a camera ever pointed at a wedding or a boardroom — chasing light across landscapes and wildlife on family safaris. That eye for a moment before it happens is still the foundation of everything we do.
What began as one person with a camera has grown into an extremely talented creative team — sound, lighting, colour grading, drone and aerial, we cover it all, so nothing about your film is left to chance.
But the bigger lesson was always about people, not equipment. We believe the best films come from real relationships, not a rigid package — honest conversations before a single frame is booked, staying closely involved through every stage of planning and production, and treating every client's day or brand like it's the only one on our calendar.
What guides the work, whether it's a wedding or a boardroom.
Every project gets treated like it's the only one — because for the people in it, it is.
Two decades of experience across the whole creative process means no shortcuts on light, sound, timing, or the final cut.
Real relationships, not transactions — we get to know what your day or your brand means before a single frame gets shot, and we stay close through the whole process.
